One thing to consider is that you can get used AT&T phones for sale for a much lower price than you could get those same phones new. This means you can have the features you're looking for without paying more for those features. Typically if you want a camera, video capabilities, web browsing capabilities, and things like these, you need to pay more for those features.
Many people today are worried about their budget but of course you don't always want to give up on everything you need in a cell phone just to save a few dollars. A stripped down model of a phone might not be enough for you, so getting a used phone can mean the same features but for a better price.
